A NEW PHILOSOPHY 

KUUBS is dedicated to giving you a rich experience eating modern mediterranean food. Our food is prepared from scratch in the kitchen where we only use fresh ingredients and spices. Your experience at KUUBS will be the culmination of generations of knowledge on how food is prepared, served, and presented. We only serve meals that we grew up eating and would like to expand our food locally and world-wide. 

You can dive into one of our famous gyros that are authentic, where meat is shaved by hand and served to you either in a wrap or a bowl or you can dive into trying one of our kabobs where they are marinated richly in spices and sauces and cooked on the grill. You will come back for more, over and over again. 

At KUUBS we want you to never feel like you are stuck deciding which place to eat at, because we are a step above with the way food is prepared.
